“Good, modern and comfortable Appartament in Venice”

The owner was very nice and friendly, he was very sympathetic and helped me with the checkin. The place is near to the Station Arsenale and very calm. The appartment is modern and the supermarkets are very near I really can advice people to go there 😁 Thank you for the great stay

The property was clean, light and well located away from the infernal crowds. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (cheese grater please), perfect really in most respects! Genuine neighbourhood!

We were in the third floor in a beautiful White apartment. It was big, with the view on the campo dell’arsenale. There was everything, also the coffee for the morning. There cleaning was very good.

The location is perfect - not far from some of the main attractions, but far enough from busy streets. Quiet. Nice view from window (top floor in our case). Possibility to make it pitch dark in bedroom. AC. Most decorations. We didn’t use the kitchen, so i can’t say anything about that area beside that it was spacious.

The apartment was clean and easily enough space for 6 people (if you can manage with 1 bathroom). The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t use it much. Combined with AC it all made our stay comfortable. The host was also nice. Still the best thing though is the location with 15 min walk from Piazza San Marco, a bit calmer neighborhood and such view of Arsenale from apartment’s window you just can’t beat it. Altogether it makes a very good selection if you want to stay in the center of Venezia.

“Terrible experience”

The female staff member in charge of check-in here is extremely racist. From the moment she first saw us, as Koreans, she said she didn’t know any Chinese, but later started babbling in Japanese. She then made incomprehensible discriminatory remarks, such as saying that Vietnamese people usually cannot come to places like Venice. It is disgusting.

The size, Location and views are perfect!!

We took the 1 bedroom, 1 sofabed, groundfloor apartment. Modern, clean, well maintained and spacious inside. Two bathrooms worked well for us. Wheelchair accessibility is there, with walk in shower, only a tiny step into the flat. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed has harder mattress in comparison but we liked that. Kitchen facilities mostly there and was clean. Very close to tourist attractions, accessible by wheelchair. Very convenient location. 2-4mins from Arsenale boat stop. Easily accessible using "Alilaguna" water transport service from Marco Polo airport, which is every 30mins. Friendly host, Friendly ambience and peaceful safe family friendly area, away from the bussle of tourists, yet close to the major tourist attractions. Very convenient to stay here. The place has air condition, which helped in the summer months when we arrived. Right next door there is a restaurant with pizzas pastas available, open till 10pm, which is convenient. Supermarket (Coop) is within 10 mins distance.

It was clean, central, restaurants and bars and cafes all very close, the front is on a beautiful canal. 3 minutes walk from Arsenale river bus station

Really great location, with a very good welcoming. Super helpful and was able to leave our bags the day after we checked out.
