The loft was comfortable, beautiful, had a fantastic location close to the ferry and Murano/Burano, was clean and had wonderful views. It was also a bit quirky, with the interesting windows and office lookout.

So clean, looked exactly like the pictures. The host was always reachable and super nice. The location was amazing. Definitely worth staying here!

the AC worked but one unit was not enough since it was hot and the appartment is under the rooftops. I asked for a fan which was promptly delivered.

Excellent attic apartment very close to F. te Nove Vaporetto water bus stop. It is very spacious and well appointed, airy and with views over Venice rooftops. There are bars and restaurants in the close vicinity but the whole of the city is easily accessible by water bus or a pleasant walk. The apartment has everything that is needed for a stay.

Fantastic location: away from the hustle and bustle of the San Marco/Rialto, but easily accessible on foot (15 mins max through the beautiful streets of Venice!). The waterbus stop is a stone’s throw away making travel to and from the airport/train station/Murano very easy.

The flat is very well equiped and confortable. There is a nice view on a canal and the laguna from one side and the rooftops from an other side. It is well located within venice in the quiet and typical Cannaregio neighbourhood. It has groceries and bakery nearby. It is at a 3 min walk from a well deserved vaporetto stop: Fonte Nove. We (two parents plus two kids) really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, away from the busy parts of Venice but easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Also very close to the boat from both the airport and boats to the islands. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything we needed.
