The apartment is very big and comfortable, and the host is super welcoming and very friendly. A great stay if you want to be in Venice without being surrounded by tourists.

Great location-nice quiet area but the really close to the waterbus into the centre. We really enjoyed our stay here-it’s clean, good facilities and rooms are nice size. Francesca was also lovely and came to meet us to hand over keys.

Patch of Eden is, at the same time, well connected to all other main places in Venice but also independent enough to be quiet in a city crowded by tourists. The apartment is large, surrounded by green spaces, silent at night and luminous during the day. There are also several places to have a nice meal. Then, Francesca and David were superb from beginning to end! To sum up, a great option if you are visiting Venice!

Great location. The air con was much appreciated - very hot in July! Lots of little extras like milk and water in fridge on arrival, mosquito plug ins and tea/coffee provided.
