Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The lounge is huge with the most amazing ceiling! Lorenzo was amazing - he helped us secure the most amazing table for my birthday dinner. Cannot recommend enough.

Very good communication with host Quiet immediate location. Within a few minutes walk to Vaparetto stop and Alilaguna stop for airport connection at F. Nove Close to the more lively areas of Cannaregio....but away from high traffic tourist hot spots Useful supermarket a few minutes walk away. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby....check out Vino Vero A very stylish well designed high quality apartment, located in a vast old palazzo. A huge island suited to dining at the residence. Loads of storage on lower level (none in mezzanine bedroom) A significant range of facilities....many not used (dishwasher freezer washing machine....) Cleaned to a high standard Bed/mattress excellent Good quality bedding Gorgeous soft bath towels Excellent powerful and controllable shower Well equipped shower room Plenty of toiletries High quality stylish comfortable lounge seating. Vast and spacious. Location was a little further from tourist attractions given ages of our travelers, but the accommodation was lovely. Well stocked, quick communication with staff and nearby to restaurants and grocery stores.

The property is located in quieter neighbourhood perfect for some peace vs san marco, but still quite close to many restaurants. The property is well maintained, large, clean, with great amenities. I won’t call it luxury but definitely comfortable. The staff have been really helpful. Thank you for our great stay in venice. It has been wonderful.

“Exceptional appartment & great location”
The entire experience was exceptional. The VIP concierge reached out in advance of arrival and arranged a water taxi transfer from the airport directly to the appartment and they were waiting to welcome us and assist with our luggage up to the appartment and get us settled in. FYI, there are stairs or you can use the lift. The concierge team are available 24/7 via What's App to assist, and they have great advice and sent restaurant recommendations. The apartment is absolutely wonderful, very spacious, quiet, beautiful sunlight and air-conditioned. The kitchen was well set up and we bought gorgeous produce from the markets to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also excellent. We loved the area. The apartment is on a beautiful canal and very central to lovely little restaurants, markets and such a great area to wander around. Ca D'oro vaparetto stop on the Grand Canal is only minutes away. We loved the whole experience, and we will definitely book again.

“Spacious stylish apartment with roof terrace in perfect location”
The location is perfect - it could not be better and has an amazing view from the roof terrace. This is the real strength of the place. You are very close to some great bars and restaurants where you will find the locals (Fondamenta de la Misericordia) as well as being a short enough walk to St Marks and shops (head down Strada Nova). It also comes with an extremely helpful concierge service that arranged all additional travel for us. If your budget can stretch to it, we highly recommend a water taxi to/from the place when you first arrive/leave. The apartment itself is very pretty and comfortable, ideal for short stays as a family with multiple bathrooms.
