“Rather disappointing but location would possibly be good value if 3 or more people”
Well the exterior was pretty. To be fair, the prices were most likely very inflated for the biennale, and perhaps if I'd been there with more people, and used the second bedroom it might have seemed like better value

“Great location and friendly staff”
The property is excellently located in Venice and the staff are very friendly. We loved the roof top terrace which was part of our room booking. There was no noise in the area during the night which made our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean.

“Loved our stay at the Apt San Polo. Even with the stairs! Would definitely stay there again given the chance.”
Apt San Polo is in a fantastic location, just off the Campo San Polo, about 15min walk from the train station, 10min walk to the Rialto Bridge and 15min walk to San Marco. The roof top terrace is amazing. Be aware that the 2nd bedroom is on a mezzanine level.

“Good, but a bit disappointing.”
The location was good. The host responded promptly. Online Checkin was easy. The appartment is clean, fully furnished and decorated nicely. The showers were lovely and large. The kitchen was nice.

The staff were really helpful and easy to contact. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. We liked the location, it was in a quieter spot of Venice. However public transport routes were easily accessible.

Fantastic location. Very friendly & helpful staff both at check-in and on messages before our stay. Very pleased to receive an upgrade. The apartment was the presidential suite, comfortable beds, clean, well equipped & luxuriously decorated. Fabulous roof terrace. Would recommend this place & stay again if we return to Venice.

“Definately recommended for families”
Apparťman “train station” was located 15 kins from the train station in very calm part of the Venice. It is just a minute from water bus stop so no issue to take a bus and travel anywhere in Venice. Very nice 2 floors appartment - fully renovated. With completely equiped kitched and all what you need for your pleasant stay in Venice. We were with kinds (3) and we like it very much. The lady at reception was absolutely awesome as gave us an extra support to all our questions or doubts. Definately recommwnded.
