“Venetian Gem”
All the staff were welcoming and spoke good English with reception staff giving a map and locations of offbeat sights. Quiet and clean with a beautifully presented breakfast and great coffee. Good showers. Close to the main station for all types of transport but tranquil. Great restaurants within a few steps.

The room was very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Staff is very friendly. It was also convenient to have the hotel close to the parking for the last day to pick up the luggage and leave Venezia.

“Enjoyable away from the busy must see areas but near enough to walk and enjoy the must see sites.”
The location was perfect for access to the trains, buses and vaporetti, which enable easy trips to other islands etc.

Excellent location. Close to Piazza Roma(bus station) railway station, as well as 25-minute walk to San Marco square. Breakfast iwas delicious. The lady serving breakfast was very helpful. The staff, on the whole, were efficient and friendly.

“Perfect stay”
5 min walk from the train station, which was really handy with a suitcase and cobbled streets! The location was quite but easy to walk to all the main attractions, there is so much to look at the distance doesn’t feel that far! Loads of lovely places to eat. The hotel was nice and clean and had everything we needed, the breakfast was good with a nice choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Venice is such a wonderful place definitely worth visiting.

It was a beautiful and well-preserved XV century palazzo. Close proximity to the train station. We enjoyed the breakfast and its presentation. Our room is like home.
