“Fabulous stay. Would stay here again.”
It was exceptionally clean. Location was fantastic close to Piazza San Marco and the closest vaporetta stop had easy links to other islands including the lido if you fancy a day on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“The best of all Venitian worlds”
The location, the confort, the decor, the staff. everything was exquisite. Don´t come here if you are looking for a grand, large hotel. Do come here if you want personal attention, the perfect room and bathroom with everything you can think you need and what you can´t imagine you need. The perfect location to visit Venice but so quiet you can hear the gondolas moored in front of the hotel clicking at night

“A really great hotel in a superb position 5 mins from all the main sites and transport hubs.”
A superbly located small hotel which has been really well renovated. Comfortable beds, excellent facilities and very good breakfast. Friendly staff. 5 mins walk to St Marks square and the Doges Palace and 3 mins to the main transport hub for water taxi (vapotetto) and Alilinga (airport) taxi so couold not be better located. Will definitely use again!

Beautiful junior suite, with fresco on the ceiling and tiled floor. Staff were incredibly helpful and continental breakfast was done well. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and main attractions. Plus the hotel is located on a quiet street.

“Amazing hotel, only flaw is breakfast.”
Magnific hotel, great location, great staff and structure. Everything was great. The only reason didn’t give 10/10 is because breakfast it’s not on the same level of the hotel, and is very poor.
