A place to feel at home - we couldn't have wished for anything better. The flat radiates a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The furnishings are stylish, the rooms are bright and spacious, and every detail seems carefully chosen. Each room has between 1 and 3 windows, some with canal views. We were also impressed by the great location in town, and quiet as well - perfect for switching off. The hosts are exceptionally attentive. Very quick communication before and during our stay. It all made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We leave this place with a smile and would love to come back. Thank you.M&M

An amazing apartment Our stay was absolutely amazing and everything in the apartment was perfect. The facilities were top-notch and the entire place was sparkling clean. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. Most importantly, our host was wonderful—incredibly helpful and welcoming. We truly believe this is the best place to stay in Venice and we will definitely be back!

“Excellent!”
Location was perfect; close to St Mark’s yet in a quiet place. Facilities were good and spotlessly clean. The complimentary coffee & biscuits and the Prosecco and water in the fridge was very thoughtful. The terrace was a bonus. The host was very helpful.

We had a lovely time. The apartment was gorgeous and very clean and the beds were very comfy. The location was great and we had a lovely little view from our bedroom. There were also some wonderful restaurants around the area (Al Vecio Canton was especially good and reasonably priced). Alessandro was great at communicating and was incredibly helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back 😊

Brilliant host and communication: The host was excellent, providing great communication and very helpful directions from the airport. Modern and well-equipped apartment: The apartment felt brand new and had everything you could possibly need, including complimentary water and prosecco on arrival. Fantastic location: The apartment is in a great location, just a 5-10 minute walk from St. Mark's Square.
