Absolutely beautiful hotel, in a great location. The staff was also amazing, very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Philip who welcomed us, our 8 year old son really enjoyed the discussions wit him ☺️

“Heavenly stay in a beautiful hotel”

The location was fantastic in a beautiful quiet part of the city on the canal but a short walk to the center. The common areas, bar, breakfast & bedrooms were all superb. The staff were so helpful booking transfers and with information. & we were thrilled to have our room ready early on arrival as we had an early start that morning. The garden area was beautiful too

Beautiful hotel. Easy to access from the airport and walking distance to all sights. Nice breakfast with plenty of options, a cute bar for drinks in the evening with a decent bar menu. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unique atmosphere of a historic palace, beautifully elegant interiors, and a quiet location by the canal while still close to Venice’s main attractions. The staff were extremely kind and professional, and the breakfasts were delicious and well presented.

Location of the hotel is amazing! Very close to water bus stops and all very walkable to the main attractions of Venice! Free boat tour and guide available to Murano was an added bonus!

The location is absolutely perfect away from the crowds but in a very vibrant district. Easy to get anywhere in the city and from the airport. The garden is absolutely magnificent. The staff are know the city inside out and could answer questions with easily understood pragmatic responses.

The minute you walk through the door you feel like you’re somewhere special, beautiful building and garden, staff were brilliant and helpful, location was quiet and a little bit away from the centre but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The fact that the lagoon is at the end of the garden means you can get an easy transfer from the airport directly to the hotel.

It was an amazing hotel like a palace. All the people that were working there very polite and helpful.
