We were kindly allowed to check in early and check out late. The apartment is just as seen in the photos and very spacious and comfortable. Bright, clean and in a perfect location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Maurizio recommended Osteria Alla Staffa and it was so good we returned three times. Highly recommended.

Very clean & cosy with everything you need all provided. A short walk from the public boats, piazza San Marco, shops, restaurants & a shop where you can buy toiletries. There is a lift to the apartments.

Excellent location in a quiet local neighbourhood that was walking distance to St Marks Square. Great restaurants nearby. Two bed, two bath perfect for two couples. Well equipped kitchen.

I loved the house, the location was very good and there were a lot of eating joints and cafes around. The highlight was a big local market nearby and the concert at the church of San Vidal. The host Alessia was very warm and helpful.

Amazing location - property was beautiful inside and great views of the canal. I sat watching the gondolas whilst having a coffee or aperol 🥰 Alessia met us at the water taxi drop off and gave us everything we needed. Such wonderful touches having a bottle of Prosecco and biscuits for us. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is spacious and well stocked with everything that you need. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful during our stay. It was a welcome oasis of calm after a busy few days sightseeing.

Fantastic location which is walking distance to most of Venice's attractions and lots of vaperetto stops. The location was very quiet and in a non-tourist area. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Air con in every room was great and of course the host was really friendly and helpful. Easiest vaperetto stop to get here would be Ospedale as F'Nove has too many bridges with luggage!
