Clean, beautiful, spacious apartment. Very easy to get to from the vaporetto station. Alessia gave us the best recs and tips :) would definitely recommend and come back here.

Spacey and cosy apartment for a good price close to main sightseeing attractions in Venice. Very clean, very well equipped, has two bathrooms, nice bed and balcony. There’s COOP and small cafe nearby. About 5 minutes away from vaporetto stop. But the main advantage is the host, she is incredible person, any issues solved immediately, always in touch. Thank you so much, Alessia!

Great place, nice host

Alessia told us which bus from the airport and which line / number of waterbus would be best to get to Palanca stop on the small isle of Guidecca just a short hop across the water from from Venice where she was waiting for us. She led us just a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The Apartment is so modern and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and it was absolutely spotless . Alessia sat down with us and gave us advice on the best way to get around, which was most helpful. A little later she sent us a WhatsApp message with lots of recommendations too (restaurants etc).

The apartment was spacious. It was located in quiet residential area. You can commute to the major part of Venezia through boat. Alessia was helpful and kind.

Lovely modern clean apartment, kind and helpful host

I booked this apartament because I used to live in the area many years ago, and I used to admire this building. The apartment is gorgeous, modern and was exceptionally clean. The host is welcoming and fun, also suggested lots of nice places to visit which are not touristy. The area as I already knew it is very quiet and peaceful, just perfect to enjoy a nice Venice view without all the touristic motion. Also very good restaurants in the area close by. I will definitely go back on my next trip!

The apartment was very beautiful, decorated with style. Very well maintained and very clean. The area was nice, close to the water, and only 300 meter from the supermarket. Everything you could ever need was available. Alessia, the host was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. She even let us know that due to the high water ( Aqua Alta ) some boats were not running. We will definitely come back. Tony and Kristine.

This was the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in! Very comfortable and had everything you need. Excellent host very accommodating.

Apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped. It was 10 min. to San Marco square, few steps from supermarket and host Alessia was very kind and helpful with everything we asked and needed to know.
