The house was very nice, clean, and very well situated. We were pleasantly surprised at how practical and close it was to St Marks Square. Everything that was needed was already provided, and Marcello was very helpful with anything that was asked.

Arsenale is the perfect location for staying in Venice. We enjoyed experiencing more of a local feel and restaurants superb! Loved having a piano at the property which we enjoyed playing in between sightseeing! What a treat. 🙌🏽

“Very lovely experience :)”
It is very clean and very charming. Only 10 minute walk from the Arsenal water bus station, and Michele is very proactive in giving information (check your whatsapp messages!). Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Nice and clean bathroom as well. Iron is provided. There is also a cool air conditioning which helped a ton during the summer heat!

“Great place for 3 for a few nights”
Just out of the pricey centre. Good fuss close by at a great price. Close to the ferry only a 6 minute walk. Space enough for 3 of us. Kitchen with small stove top enough to cook a meal. Fridge was big.

The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. It is very well located, especially important in Venice. However, we have one query. We were looking explicitly for accommodation with three separate beds. It took quite some time to find something affordable of this kind. But on arrival the announced futon was not there, and the host did not respond to questions about it.
