The apartment was really clean, newly renovated and well furnished. The host’s instructions were clear and location was in close proximity to the main train station and a couple of ferry stops making it easy to get around.

Apartment 100% clean. Great location close to vaporetto stop and near the bus station. Pleasantly heated( January).Nicely furnished. The street is quiet,no noice during the night. I can highly recomend it.

Less than 10 Minutes walk from the train station Venezia St. Lucia, very convenient location. Interior is modern and spacy, kitchen has all basic gadgets, there was small breakfast prepared as well. Contact with hosts were fast per WhatsApp, check-in was uncomplicated with door codes, you get location map as route instruction before arrival. We were thankful that we were allowed to leave our bags before and after the stay, so we did't have to drag our luggages through pavements and bridges of Venice. Since we were just two people we can't say much to the comfortableness of sofa bed, but the double bed was comfy. They even have a small secluded back garden if you want to eat on the terrace. We felt very well staying there, would love to come back again!

This was the perfect accommodation for us, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment held a very high standard, and they hosts were amazing. They got in touch by Whats app before, during and after our stay - just proviing lots of useful information. Location was great, in a quiet but still very central neighborhood. Vaporetto stop right around the corner, nice local restaurants and about 15 min walk to the Rialto Bridge. I would love to stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped and even came with some breakfast biscuites and spreads.

“An excellent choice to stay in Venice”

Excellent stay in Venice. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities. It was accesible by vaporetto, which was very helpful in getting there with the luggage, and it’s about a 15 min walk to San Marco square. I also want to point out that the host, Antonio, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday

A great big apartment in two floors with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. Good kitchen. The apartment is just 10 min walk from the train station. But you can also take a Vaporetto one stop. Cozy apartment.
