It was a nice area, there was no breakfast and that was ok, the room was clean, the personal we saw very little but was friendly in communication. The bed was very soft but ok.

Location was great, instructions on accessing apartment were clear enough and we were able to open the gate that has stumped other people. Check-in and check-out were easy. Lady who came to collect city tax at the end of the stay was nice and friendly.

A tiny room smack dab in the middle of Venice. Even though it was small, it was perfect for the one night we were staying there. Spacious bathroom was nice. Really close to every part of Venice, some bars and nice restaurants nearby.

“The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!!!!”
The owner didn't send us the PIN code for the entrance so we couldn't check in until we got a response(about 1 hour). The replies from him were rude and terrible. Furthermore, the heating system didn't work and the hot water didn't run too. We couldn't use the shower for a while.
