“Nice house and owner, however the shower situation made it uncomfortable.”

Very kind and patient host, ( and kind husband) ..she waited for me on the day of arrival, although I had trouble getting there. The house was filled with all necessities ( for washing machine and dishwasher, something to eat, oil, salt). Very welcoming. The house is spacious and has eveything (vacuum cleaner, a lot of place for your clothes to hang, separated sleeping room, table, cupboards) and was situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely sight through the wide windows : a green little playground to look upon.

“Spacios, sunny, quiet and convenient in Giudecca”

Loved the large living space and the spacious bedroom and excellent amenities. The apartment windows are large and the location next to an open play area is so unusual for a Venice apartment. The water was hit and plentiful, the cooking equipment was varied and new, crockery etc in abundance! And the area was quiet even ove rNew Year!

Host was extremely responsive. Exceptionally clean and spotless apartment. A few mins flat walk from Palanca boat stop. Passenger lift inside. Co op on ground floor for easy food shopping. Good Bars and Restaurants nearby. Very quiet location over looking a children’s play area.

“A gem of a place”

Location very easy to arrive and quick to get to Venice center but calm enough to get away from the touristy part, friendly host & warm welcome, spacious & clean place, very well equipped, also the kitchen facilities, in short we felt at home.

The staff was very nice in helping us get there and welcoming us. The loft was spacious and well-equipped for short and long stays, with coffee and breakfast essentials. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet at night and the local restaurants are good value. It’s easy to move between islands with the water bus, so overall a good choice for those that prefer not to stay in the bustling centre.

“Lovely apartment”

Plenty of room and light in this first floor apartment. Windows look out into the trees. The area is quiet and more residential than tourist. The nearby arts precinct in an old cloister has a painter, a glassmaker, other makers, and a dance studio. The hosts are lovely people, who kindly explained everything. Catching the vaporetto was easy and gave wonderful water views of Venice. Nice places to eat and drink close by.

Amazing hosts and guides, very friendly and helpful. This is not the typical booking host. It's way better, even when compared to a hotel. It's hard not to give a 10!

There is no breakfast, you have to feed yourself but there are all facilities for making of food so you can feel like you are at home!
