“We plan to visit Venice again but definitely will not go in the hotel Locanda Vivaldi.”
We liked the full breakfast that is charged with additional 15 EUR per person. We also liked the location.

“Fantastic”
Location is fantastic to get to st Marks Sq and other main attractions, great walking around the narrow streets and finding little bars eating and drinking. Close to the main water bus stop and has its own dock if you wish to take a private taxi.

“Great location in a wonderful city; brought back happy memories!”
This is a favourite hotel for us - our 3rd visit. Location is fabulous; staff are very welcoming; our room was upgraded to the top floor and we loved the balcony with views across the water - perfect for a quiet drink once the crowds had gone. Breakfast served on the terrace was good; staff helpful and very friendly.

The location could not be better on the lagoon front. The hotel is a little faded, but the location and delightful staff make for a very 'homely' stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant despite the view of one on the website. Breakfast is served on the roof top which obviously was the restaurant previously, lovely views over the lagoon and towards the Grand canal. Plenty of croissants, pastries and an option of cooked eggs etc is available. Coffee is good. Our room was spotless, good bathroom and great view.
