“A comfortable stay in Venezia”
Comfortable room on a great location. Close to San Marco and close to the vaporetto. Also the one that is going to the airport. We booked and stayed there for five nights and liked it a lot. There was a small fridge and a watercooker.

“Our stay here was awful.”
First thing was that there was somebody else’s hair in the shower when we arrived. The shower had not been cleaned. When we messaged Anna, we didn’t get a response until later. The cleaner came at 10 am the next morning but we refused the service, we felt it was better to clean it ourselves. Anna then responded saying a cleaner came in the morning but we refused the service, she couldn’t help us. The point I’m making is that it should have been clean in the first place. There was no even apology. Very unprofessional. The second thing is that there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom that had not been cleaned, the lock on the door wasn’t working, the bedside table looked very dirty, the remote control for the tv was taped together, the list could go on…. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND HERE.
