Overview
Locanda ai Santi Apostoli, housed in a 14th century building, has breathtaking views of the Grand Canal and is only a short walk from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. From this elegant old Venetian building you can enjoy views of the canal and the characteristic markets below selling fruit, vegetables and wonderfully colourful flowers. The two Superior rooms enjoy a canal view and all are spacious, with antique furniture and modern conveniences. The Locanda also offers you a comfortable lounge area where you can relax and have drink, enjoying picturesque views of the city. Every morning, a breakfast buffet is served with over 40 products including vegan and gluten-free ones.

“Return visit, mostly based on location and style of hotel room.”
Great location & the hotel entrance and courtyard were rustic and enchanting. Bedroom decorated fine and liked having the use of fridge. Dining room clean and great for photos of the Grand Canal from the balcony windows. Bedding clean and simple and good air con in the room. Pleased to be able to check in earlier than planned. Coffee and pastries available

Beautiful B&B in a brilliant location in Venice with the view over the Grand Canal from the communal area being just magical. It feltentral but equally slightly away from the crowds. The staff were so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations and tips. We were so glad to have found this hotel.

“Perfect location of the hotel in a historic building”
We’ve stayed at this hotel for the third time, and it continues to be our favorite choice for accommodation near the city center and close to the canal. Everything is within easy walking distance, which makes the location absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic palace full of charm and atmosphere, and we were once again truly impressed by its unique character. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return again and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Lactation is very convenient. Easy access to anywhere. View from the lounge/dining area is amazing. Very helpful staff and clean place. Safe place to a solo traveller even.

Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect, and the balcony view of the Grand Canal was simply magical. We loved absolutely everything: the historic building on a lively street, the beautiful breakfast terrace, the cozy room, and the pleasant staff. The breakfast was delicious, especially the vegan croissants and bread. Excellent amenities and that special Venetian charm. Thank you! 😊

Excellent place to stay. The location couldn't be better, it's just some minutes from the boat stop, near to all important places. The staff makes you feel at home. The historical building creates a special atmosphere. The air conditioning in winter made the room quite warm
