“Lovely flat, great for a small group of friends or family”
This place is wonderful for a family or small group of friends. There are three separate sleeping spaces if we also include the sofa in the living room and two bathrooms which is a real luxury and not easy to find in Venice. Giorgia was very kind and helpful. Gave us tips and she was very accommodating since we could leave our suitcases in the flat after checkout. So we could thoroughly enjoy the city on our last day without the additional hassle of carrying around our stuff.

Quiet location near Santa Lucia Train Station. Comfortable facilities, although mattresses showing their age. Kitchen facilities good. Overall an enjoyable stay.

“Quiet refuge in Italy’s floating city”
The apartment is located in a quiet yet easy to find corner, away from the tourist stampede. This is good for travellers who appreciate peace and quiet. It is however still close enough to all the major attractions and is a short walk from Piazzale Roma (main transport hub). There is a Vaporetto stop (S. Giobbe) about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment, which takes you directly to Murano. Our host Giorgia is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to make guests comfortable

Pretty large apartment, it was cleaned well, location is awesome because it’s in a quiet area but close to the train station, staff was friendly, and having lots of facilities made our stay very pleasant

There area is mostly very quiet (but this depends on neighbours of course). It is convenient for the station, coach stop and most of the sights of Venice and restaurants. Wfi worked well. It felt safe and secure. Washing machine worked well.

“Great place, super host and we enjoyed our time there.”
The location was great - very central and walkable to the museums, restaurants, etc. The apartment was great - roomy, the main bed was very comfortable, the 2nd one just not quite as much. The bathrooms were good sized. The bedding was great. Giancarlo is extremely hospitable, answered questions and recommended restaurants and how to get around. We would definitely stay here again when in Florence.

“A NICE QUIET HOME IN VENICE”
Location was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Sta Lucia train station. Many restaurants nearby. Also a very convenient Despar supermarket. A very quiet neighborhood. The host Giorgia was very gracious and accommodating. And very helpful! All in all a very enjoyable stay.

we had an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms but no terrace like in the pictures. location was near the train station in a quite area without much tourists. we did get very good tips to visit from the owner.

The property was in a quiet location, very clean and had space. It was an easy walk from the train station. Giorgia was lovely and was very prompt with responding.
