“Prime Location, Peaceful Rooms, and Heartfelt Service”

We loved how centrally located this hotel was—just steps away from the water bus stop—which made getting around incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, Barbara and Sunil went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even helped carry our luggage up and down three flights of stairs, which was such a huge help. Barbara was a treasure trove of local information and helped us plan our stay perfectly so we could get the most out of our trip. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, providing a peaceful retreat each night. We did encounter a small glitch with the shower area due to a building-wide power cut, but the hotel staff sorted it out right away, so it barely impacted our stay. Overall, the combination of a prime location, wonderful staff, cozy rooms, and quick problem-solving made our stay truly enjoyable and stress-free.

Great service and Breakfast from Sunil and Barbara was extremely helpful when it comes to Venice. Great to have that personal touch. Hotel has a great central location, I recommend looking it up on street view so you can workout which restaurant it is above . In all a fantastic stay .

Location was perfect, just 5’ walking from the boat and just next to Rialto Mercato. Very clean, good breakfast and Suny & Barbara were super helpful hosts and very friendly!

“A wonderful place to stay and explore Venice from”

The location was excellent. Close to St Marks, The Rialto etc and close to the non-tourist areas too. Lots of local restaurants close by. The Rose Bar next door was perfect for an aperitif.

The host, Barbara, was very welcoming and helpful, This is a spacious, clean accommodation in a good location in Venice ideal for both the main attractions and train and bus station. Would definitely recommend. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was very good and Sunil went out of his way to ensure every need was met. Barbara is Venetian and has excellent knowledge to impart to visitors. We have visited Venice many times but Barbara recommended places to see that were new to us.

Location in Venice very convenient within walking distance of everything close to Rialto Vaporetto stop.

There's no soundproofing so we could hear all the other guests arriving in the hotel, departing, using the toilet, the shower...

The location was excellent, close by to vaporetto stop and with lots of good restaurants in close reach. The room itself was very spacious with private bathroom. Nice aesthetic and fairly comfortable bed. Host was very welcoming and helpful in giving directions around Venice/places to try. She was also kind enough to help carry my suitcase down the stairs at the end of trip ( be advised it is a third floor walk up). Breakfast is provided every morning in the common area. There were cereals, pastries, fruit, boiled eggs etc. It was a nice opportunity to chat with other guests.

Barbara and the team were amazing, they could not do enough to help from advising on Restaurants to getting to the airport. The rooms were very clean and Tidy and there is always someone there to help.

Lovely place very close to the water taxi stop/ gondolas/ markets and restaurants. Old building but nicely done interiors. Family room was very big and very comfortable beds.Breakfast was lovely too! Barbara was super helpful in helping us plan out our days in Venice with some very useful tips.

Amazing location, close to Rialto and San Marco, we loved the room, especially the classic vibe, breakfast was excellent. What made the difference, the staff, always there to help, give advice, every single request we had was dealt with in a positive way, never had to ask twice.
