We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Venetian accommodation. The décor is rich, elegant, and full of character, perfectly reflecting the charm of Venice while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The location is absolutely ideal—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Basilica, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host, who was incredibly attentive, caring, and always available to help. “Cozy stay in Venice”
Good apartment in very heart of Venice. We met the host in Campo Santa Maria Formosa which is square some 100 m from apartment. He guided us to apartment and showed everything over there. Door was opened by code. Apartment was clean, and had one bedroom and living room with kitchen and extra bed. We were family with 2 kids and there was enough room for us. The apartment is decorated old fashioned and looked really nice. Host left us good (and cold) bottle of Prosecco. Communication was smooth and host is really helpful. He cave us plenty of recommendations. From apartment there is in 190 m luggage storage (Storeyourluggage) which was very handy to leave bags over there after checking out but still being in Venice for a long day. Kitchen had everything essential to make some food over there.

“Real Venice experience”
The apartment was as it was on pictures. It is on ground floor but it is really warm (we were in February). The interior give you sence of Vienece and it is 5, 7 min from St. Marco's, so if you want real Vinece experience this is place for you. Near apartment are restaurants and shops, small square but as apartment is in small street it is really quiet. Beds were comfortable (1 bed and sofa) and apartment has enough space. It was well equiped for long and shirt stay.

He took us from the ferry to the apartment and drove us all over the place and gave recommendations on where to go, a big and beautiful room, a very nice host who helped with everything, an excellent location, close to everywhere
