The host was brilliant checking in with us everyday to make sure we were ok The apartment was very clean and it was great being right on the canel to be able to watch the gondelars and boats go by. Great outside space also. It is very central to restaurants and shops literally at the end of the alleyway and a short 5 minute walk to the nearest vaporetto stop. The bus station and trainstation are also only 10 -15 minute walk.

Our stay here was perfect, the apartment was very spacious for our family and it was magical watching the gondolas pass the window. The location was excellent with a vaperetto stop, supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a perfect time to get a taste of what Venice has to offer. We would love to return some day.

Lovely layout and large living spaces. Nice to open up onto a canal and see boats and gondolas go by while still being quiet. Fast wifi.

Having the outside area was great as was view of the canal with gondoliers passing by from the living room. Washing machine came in handy with plenty of room outside to hang & dry. The location was perfect right next to main street with shops & restaurants and close to Fondamenta della  Misericordia for lovely wine bars by the canal

The place had everything you could need, I think Roberto thought of everything from a guest perspective. I normally stay in a hotel for ease of just having staff and breakfast etc but really, it was such a great experience I would do self catering again and it was so close to supermarkets and restaurants. My kids really enjoyed waving to the locals every morning and saying “ciao” it was a unique and special experience for us, I do not think it can be beaten for location!

The flat is gorgeous well stocked & well maintained, so much room inside and outside the property & with the added bonus of having gondolas pass our balcony windows - a stunning property in a perfect location. Owners were kind & attentive met us at the boat stop and helped with heavy bags and answered any questions straight away

Proximity to railway station. The private courtyard and the canal right in front of the apartment. Responsiveness of our host. The well-equipped apartment and its size. It is a very comfortable apartment.

This apartment is beautiful. It has an excellent location and a wonderful host. We had everything we could need. It is located on a canal. I had not expected the gondolas to be in the area. Within minutes of arrival, and with the window just opened, one floated past. My daughter called out and asked about singing. I told her that was an extra charge. On queue, the next one came and he was singing. We really knew we were in Venice. My fourth visit and finally made it to Burano. Loved it and everything about our stay in this beautiful apartment.

The apartment was more than we expected. Everything one needs is supplied, the position of the apartment is very close to the Vaporetto. It's on a small canal, and it's nice to watch the boats and gondolas pass by. Our host Roberto was very helpful, with help from the lovely Eugenia. A hidden little gem. Totally recommend La Levantina

“Fantastic place to see Venezia from.”

Great apartment, space, air conditioning washing machine, outside line , outdoor seating, quiet, fabulous location to waterbus and main Canareggio 'street'. Roberto was a great host - very helpful via WhatsApp. Pietro who met us and let us in was excellent too. If you catch waterbus to Marcuola, it is only one small bridge to take suitcases over.

“PIECE OF PARADISE”

The apartment was amazing! We loved how you entered from street level through a secure gate and had a whole private courtyard where we enjoyed meals together. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and had everything you could want. It was so special to back onto a canal with gondolas going past the loungeroom windows. Roberto was so quick and easy to communicate with and gave the kids a lovely book about Venice, which we will all treasure. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this accommodation.

“Rare accommodation”

The apartment is very well and thoughtfully equipped and clean. The owner is super helpful. The location of the apartment is ideal - grocery store, water bus stop and restaurants practically around the corner. The window of the apartment offers a rare view of the canal - it is interesting to watch the rise and fall of the water level. While sipping your morning coffee, it's nice to watch the passing boats with the locals hurrying to work. If we ever travel to Venice again, we would definitely like to stay at this accommodation.

“Perfect Place”

Great apartment with lovely touches, very secure with gated entrance and garden. Was warm and comfortable with all you could possibly need.Arrangements for leaving luggage which was very handy very near restaurants bars and supermarkets but also private and quiet. The owner met us to hand over the keys and show us how everything worked. In advance he sent us the ferry time from the airport which was useful. He sent WhatsApp messages each day just to make sure we were ok.

It’s a beautiful apartment, lots of space. The bedrooms were comfortable and great shower. Nice big kitchen living rom to relax in. The location is super, just 15 mins walk from train and not far from St Marks square either. Our host was great, so so helpful. Excellent communication and booked restaurant for us. At our request on first night.
