“A truly magical stay in Venice”

This charming accommodation did not disappoint! We were well aware of the steep, narrow stairs to access our apartment, however the views, atmosphere and privacy at the top were well worth the effort. Our host was amazing with communication and check-in, and provided us additional information with navigating this fun city. All amenities were of high quality, including a communal kitchen and lounge area with snacks, breakfast items, juice, coffee etc provided free of charge. We also had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which we enjoyed on the terrace. The bonus was indeed the Terrace. We spent our evenings watching the sun set and listening to the bells chime. It was truly magical.

“Exhausting and inconvenient due to stairs”

Location and staff

The room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The reception was nice. And we appreciate that even when there is no breakfast service, you have all at your disposal to prepare your own breakfast (or have a coffee break during the day). The location is great for tourists.

Lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. Super clean. Great location, 2 minutes from rialto bridge and easy walking distance to all the main sites. Good restaurant recommendations. Gorgeous views from the rooftop. And the free bottle of Prosecco was very much enjoyed!

Maurizio was very kind and welcome. The room and facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient.

The roof top garden made this stay exceptional. Just 6 people had access, it was a wonderful oasis with great views across the city.

The terrace is a real perk—absolutely stunning view of Venice. Highly recommend heading up there for sunset. The host met us in person, let us check in early, and took the time to show us around. Water, Nespresso coffee, and snacks were available for free despite the apartments not offering a formal breakfast or food. Only three apartments in total made for a peaceful stay in an otherwise highly crowded tourist city.

“Exceptional”

This apartment was very comfortable. It was perfectly clean and there was plenty of room. The view from the small balcony was lovely (and through one window there was a view to the main canal). The common rooftop area was exceptional - beautiful views over Venice. Also a really well kept and functional kitchen area. The air con was good and the basic brekky/cakes was a nice bonus - as was the bottle of Prosecco. If you can cope with steep stairs we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Everything about our accommodation was 5*, including the rooftop terrace which was the icing on the cake (literally!) Maurizio, our host, was very attentive and helpful. Daily room service, including new bottled water in our fridge daily, plus a few little extra treats in the reception area, made our stay extremely comfortable and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic location. Wonderful host. Maurizio was so welcoming and helpful. He made us feel like family. Don’t be phased by door location on the street level when you arrive. When you open the door you ascend up - and you do ascend- into a wonderful space. Maurizio has made a lovely roof garden and you have a spectacular 360 of the whole city right at roof level. What a privilege. We were up there for the sunrise and the sunset. Make sure you’re up there at an hour strike for the bell crescendo! We also loved the Muro restaurant he recommended- lovely friendly staff and great food. Well done Maurizio!
