“Venice gem”

Everything. Located very central yet so silent and peaceful at night. We slept so well. Annas place offers a backyard that is so amazing and nice to stay after staying in the city all day.

Anna was a truly amazing host who went above and beyond expected standards to ensure your stay was trouble free. Her instructions for accessing the apartment made the transfer to and from the airport effortless. The apartment was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and Anna provided a wide range of food options for breakfast . The location is perfect for accessing all the major tourist sites and there are vaporetto stops very close by. Even though we visited in January there were still plenty of bars and restaurants open close to the apartment. All of which were far cheaper to use than those in the centre of the city.

A very private and cosy little haven in a quiet location and only few minutes to all cafes bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very welcoming:)

Everything as per below comments - beautiful flat perfect for longer stay. Location was great, breakfast provided, flat was clean, comfortable etc. Anna was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate. If I ever come back to Venice it will be here again!

We travel a lot, but this was our first time in a house like this. Taking care of guests here is in every detail. We didn't need anything. Particularly impressive are the breakfasts, comfort, cleanliness, secret courtyard (luxury for Venice) and all this in our favorite area of ​​​​Venice. Anna is a special person. I hope that at least my children will return here.

Quiet and perfect location to explore Venice. Cosy and nicely decorated rooms & garden court. Very friendly host and always immediate response. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and quiet with all amenities you could wish for. The host , Anna , was terrific and so accomodating. Due to problems with our travel instead of arriving at 3 pm we arrived at 10.30 pm and she meet us at property and was most helpful,during our stay . Hold not fault the apartment or the host .

“A little paradise!”

Everything was perfect! Anna our host is amazing! She had prepared for our arrival in every detail. We got there midday in a very hot day and getting into the apartment was like getting into heaven. The air conditioning was on, there was called water in the fridge and things started to prepare our breakfast. There was nothing that we could have needed that was not there! A beautiful little paradise!

A secret courtyard was ideal. Located in a quiet area of Venice but the local amenities were just as good if not better than the central tourist areas. Just eating at the osterea with a statue of a guy with a bad nose job. The welcome and service was brilliant. Couldn't fault any part of the Venice trip.

Very comfortable apartment: modern, charming, clean... As if the owner let you stay in her own house for a few days. Very comfortable bed, Netflix, 2 air conditioners, wifi... Quiet neighborhood, very safe, but close enough to the center. Bars and restaurants nearby and at a good price. In addition, it is 200 meters from the first closest stop of the "vaporetto", to the airport ("Alilaguna linea arancio"). Still, the best of all, the owner: Anna. We could never have eaten the whole breakfast ;) Thank you for your attention, recommendations and kindness. Everything was perfect! A score of 10 is not enough. Silvia & David.

“A very cosy and lovely secret court”

Absolutely lovely place with lots of character. Very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. On the quiter side of Venice but very close walk to ferry and not a long walk anywhere else. Anna did everything to make our arrival, stay, and departure as easy as possible. There were even breakfast supplies in the fridge. The courtyard was lovely to relax after long days of walking. We can't thank you enough, Anna.
