“Lovely apartment in picturesque part of Venice”

Perfect location for the Biennale in an authentic part of Venice where locals still live. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. Excellent shower room and small lounge as well. The owner is very easy to deal with and answers queries straightaway.

The apartment's location is excellent, as is its comfort and cleanliness. It's in the Castello neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. It has privileged access to the maritime transport network. The host, GianFranco, was excellent in his communication and care.

We really liked the way the host communicated - very friendly and easy to deal with. The location of the apartment is great. The place itself is super cozy and warm (which was especially important since we stayed in February). It has everything you need to cook, and it’s clean and well kept.

We particularly enjoyed the homeliness of the property and the fact that every effort had been made to provide things you may need. The provision of coffee and tea supplies and biscuits was a really nice touch. The owner met us at the ferry dock and guided us to the property giving us lots of local information. He also checked in on us via a message to see we were okay.

GianFranco was in contact with me well before my arrival, and providing us with all the necessary information for a seamless arrival.

The apartment is located in a charming cobbled lane 10 mins. walk from the vaporetto stop. There is a wine bar and pizza restaurant a stone's throw away, and the local village with supermarkets, chemists and quite a few good restaurants 15 mins walk through a lovely park. It has an authentic local feel away from the crowds of tourists that swarm in the center of Venice. The apartment had air-conditioning, washing machine, and dryer and was eclectic in its furnishings but comfortable. The owners even provided some snack foods and an Aussie electric plug converter. Very thoughtful.

We had the most wonderful stay here. Location is in a quiet part of Venice away from the tourist crowds, but still easily walkable to the main centre with some lovely local restaurants around. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was fantastic, he met us where we got off the boat late at night to show us to the apartment and gave lots of great recommendations. Overall would highly recommend and would love to come back!

The host was really nice and pointed out a good place to get food. The apartement itself was so cute and comfortable and they had left us coffee which was really helpful.

We were met at the water taxi stop by the owner, exceptional service and customer service care. He contacted us frequently to check we were ok, and gave some recommendations for staying in Venice that we did and were glad we did. WiFi is superb in the apartment and there is everything you need for a self catering stay. The owner lives locally, so would be on hand very speedily should anyone have any issues. Would definitely stay here again if in the same area.

Location was near the Biennale giardini, tucked away in a quiet street, but very near the supermarket and lots of restaurants and cafes.
