A large high quality room with a very good bed. Nice views out the window of the start of the Grand canal. Courtious and helpful staff. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Piazzale Roma ferry wharf. Importantly the room was very quiet at night.

Location close to the train station and ferry terminal. Staff were brilliant and friendly. The afternoon/ evening lady at reception was very insightful on both breakfast and dinner options. Her recommendations were excellent.

We were in suite 301 - which had 5 windows facing the Grand Canal and took up most of the canal facing top floor. It was beautiful. The staff were fabulous, the continental brekkie plentiful, and the location really worked for getting in and out of Venice.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was in excellent condition and had a modern feel. My room was spotless, cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided regularly. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was outstanding—right by Piazzale Roma, with easy access to buses, trams, taxis, vaporetti, and Alilaguna services. This made getting around Venice simple and convenient. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that aspect. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, attentive service, and prime location made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel and my room had such character that blended so well with Venice. It was exactly what I wanted, ceiling beams, lovely walnut wardrobes, comfortable bed and a fabulous view up the Canal.

The best part about this hotel is its location, no doubt there. Just next to the bus station and the car parkings. However this also means very noisy area and not so romantic views…
