The absolute worst hotel experience of my entire life—a complete health hazard and nightmare! The conditions here were genuinely unlivable. There was absolutely no air conditioning, forcing us to choose between suffocating in the heat or opening the windows to be eaten alive by swarms of mosquitoes. Sleeping was physically impossible under these brutal conditions. To make matters worse, we were denied basic hygiene: not a single clean towel was provided for our entire three-day stay. Instead, we were insultingly handed a single bedsheet to dry ourselves after showering. The nightmare began the second we arrived. Our check-in was a total disaster. We showed up exactly at the agreed time, only to walk into a filthy, disgusting room covered in the trash and dirt of the previous guests. The space itself was claustrophobic and way too small, the TV was completely broken, and the shower drain was heavily clogged, leaving us standing in dirty, stagnant water. And the entire shower stall was covered in toxic black mold. There were ants in the bed. The matresses were too big for the bed, to the point that when you were lying on them you were almost falling off the sides. One of two keys we received did not fit to our door. Breakfast cost €15 per person and consisted only a few slices of toast and instant coffee. On the last morning, the breakfast room was closed, so we didn't even get that. And the list goes on and on... This wasn't just an isolated issue—every single guest we spoke to was experiencing the exact same horrific conditions. I am honestly traumatized and at a total loss for words. This place shouldn't just be avoided, it needs to be shut down immediately. An absolute catastrophe!

The room was cleaned very poorly. I found several areas that looked like they had never been cleaned at all. I’m not even going to talk about the refrigerator — when we opened it, we didn’t even want to put anything inside because of how dirty it was. For such a high price, we expected at least complimentary bottles of water, which we found in every hotel during our trip around Italy. Here, there was no water, no welcome snacks, nothing. Thank God we decided not to have breakfast here, because this place clearly has serious issues with cleanliness and organization. It was also impossible to sleep because the walls are as thin as cardboard. We could hear the neighbors talking the entire night, and because of that we were unable to fall asleep. What is even worse, the hotel seems to have leaked guest information to scammers. Before our flight, I received a WhatsApp message claiming that our hotel payment had not gone through. We were afraid of arriving and being left without accommodation, so we paid the scammers. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. There is no other possible way the scammers could have obtained my information. This means that the hotel staff are sharing guests’ personal data with others. This trip was meant to be a birthday gift, and it was completely ruined. The hotel also looks nothing like the photos shown online. I strongly do not recommend this place.

It pretends to be a hotel but does not have a reception only remote management that does not work properly. There is no service whatsoever. It is a misleading bad Airbnb that is not managed well.

I recommend this hotel for amateurs of extreme tourism. There was no hot water, air conditioning could only drive cold air, TV set didn’t work because of loose socket. So if U want to watch TV one of U has to hold connection and to find proper position. It only helps to switch TV on for a very few seconds. Scenery through windows was exciting- it was mine like. Opposite wall from bathroom was less than 2 m away and down there was something like dumping ground. It was cold at night, door lock was specific- hard to lock and unlock. The room was good and the staff was super nice, but electricity went out and that was a bit chaotic. We were leaving next morning and we couldn’t charge our phones or anything during nightime, but the receptionist really helped us to sort it out in the morning.

Staff is amazing! All was great, welcome me and I didn’t have to wait. Also I forgot some important stuff at the hotel and sent message late next day - they said it’s ok, no problem pick it up the next day. It’s beautiful, gives exact feeling about Venice)

Absolutely nothing is right with this hotel, the actual address isnt even correct as it leads to a door a few buildings across from the hotel, however this isn't even the remotely bad part. The part that is actually horrendous is that there were literally no staff in the hotel when I arrived, so I had to pay for a second hotel 10 minutes before I went there. THIS HOTEL IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

“Unpleasant experience with the receptionist”

When I first arrived, the elderly woman at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t speak English properly and refused to let me connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, even though I explained that I couldn’t access the internet in Italy without it to make a reservation. She told me the hotel was full and asked me to leave. After finding a way to connect online and making a booking through Booking.com, I came back — only then was I accepted. Apart from this unpleasant receptionist, the rest of the stay was fine, but the first impression was really disappointing.

Very practical location. Good sheets and towels. In a quiet area.

Check-in was terrible. Woman was WhatsApping somebody to find our booking, sending photos of our passports via WhatsApp which i found strange. When we got back to our room around 830pm, we found our room didn't have any power, so there weren't any lights, working plugs, or air conditioning. Went to reception, silence no staff to be found, called the number on the desk to be told, "I'll ring me colleague and get them to assist you." 30 minutes later, still no staff around. Called the number again to the same man, saying he was sorry, but nobody was around to help or fix the problem until the morning. This absolutely was not acceptable. The room was in complete darkness, couldn't shower, charge our devices (which we needed for the next day to board our flight), no air conditioning, or couldn't use the fan since the sockets weren't working.
