“Good staff and location, a lot to be improved on the room”
The reception and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive — definitely a 10/10 in terms of service. The location is also top-notch, just a 3-minute walk from the city center and situated in a small square with many lively bars and restaurants. The towels were changed daily, and the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water every day.

“Great stay”
Location is excellent. Room clean but quite small. Kettle in room which is great but paper cups. Our room was lovely and quiet though and the bed was really comfortable .

“Great Short Stay”
The Location was good, a few minutes from San Marco Square, many restaurants just outside of the hotel many to pick from. The rooms were modern and clean and overall good.

The location was very convenient, close to vaporetto station and walking distance from basilica and Doge’s palace. Good breakfast.
