Amazing location very near from ferrovia station so very easy to take vaporettos. Clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel has a sushi restaurant and nice terrace.

We loved everything: the location is less than 5 minutes from the train station, it's clean, and the furniture is comfortable. My mom and I couldn't tear ourselves away from the beautiful view from the balcony morning and evening. My expectations were exceeded.

Great location on the Grand Canal. Close to railway and vaporetta. Good view of canal from our spacious room. Room service was good, the room clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok and had a view of the Canal. It has a lift!

“Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room, amazing breakfast, close to the ferry to checkout Venice!”
So close to the train station, easy to find!! Check in was quick and we were quickly on the ferry checking out Venice! (Prebook the San Marco Basilica as we couldn’t buy tickets there) the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Checkout Morbido Croccante for the most delicious home cooked take away food!!!

“Perfect location and room.”
The huge room size and balconies overlooking the water. It was exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for us. Could explore and was walking distance to train station so we could arrive and exit simply. Breakfast was fantastic sitting on the deck on the water. Blew our expectations when we arrived.

“A wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.”
The room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. Location was fantastic, the canal on one side and on the other side we were in the midst of everything, e.g. restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Amazing view of canal and just what we needed for a couple nights in Venice”
The location away from hustle and bustle but still close enough to all we wanted to see, and view from the room of the canal was amazing.
