Once the residence of an aristocratic Venetian family this charming property is now a welcoming hotel. Enjoy breakfast out on the veranda, which overlooks the garden. Very pleasant stay in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, yet only a short walk to main sights. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious nicely decorated rooms. Good breakfast.

Lovely and quiet area near a square with lots of restaurants. Vaporetto stop within a few minutes walk. Good buffet breakfast. Staff helpful with advice for getting to places.

“A charming, picturesque hotel that made our stay truly special.”
It was an excellent hotel—spotlessly clean and beautifully designed with the perfect Venetian aesthetic, exactly as we had imagined. The staff was incredibly friendly and always present at the entrance throughout the day, which made us feel very safe and well taken care of. The location was also very convenient, close to many of Venice’s main attractions and situated in a charming, picturesque neighborhood.

It was an excellent hotel—spotlessly clean and beautifully designed with the perfect Venetian aesthetic, exactly as we had imagined. “Perfect Venice location”
The hotel is perfectly placed to explore Venice 5 min walk to the water taxes 7 min walk from taxi drop off. We had a medical emergency on the flight which meant we had to go straight to the hospital, the night staff were amazing offering to arrange taxi and even called to see if they could help, sent me a map with great instruction of how to reach the hotel. Great breakfast very clean very welcoming. Would highly recommend snd will be returning.
