Location, clean and spacious room, breakfast. It is an old building exterior and interior are authentic but successfully transformed into a modern facility. Great atmosphere and staff.

“Hotel with historic charm in a great location.”
The location was good. The hotel has a pier close by if you are arriving by water taxi it’s very convenient. The facilities are great, with a good breakfast available. The staff were so helpful.

“Wonderful”
Excellent location with the large public square; perhaps second only to St Mark’s. Staff were super welcoming and polite. Best breakfast spread of our trip to boot. Great place to stay in the heart of Venice. The Venetian costumes and finery on the various floors give a glimpse of the hey days of Venice.

“Fabulous stay”
From start to finish our stay was fantastic. The lady on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The room exceeded our expectations the art work on the ceiling is truly stunning. The location is absolutely perfect. We cannot wait to visit again.
