Overview
Featuring a terrace and rooftop hot tub on the Grand Canal. Staff at Hotel Palazzo Stern are always available and can organise excursions, tours and tickets. Elegant and well appointed hotel and spacious room on two levels with comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Bar prices not unexpectedly expensive. Excellent location. Would happily go there again.

“Clean, very comfortable and nothing is too much trouble giving excellent service.”
The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. All the staff are extremely helpful and makes one feel nothing is too much for them to do and always with a smile. They even remembered we had stayed with them before even though it was a couple of years ago.

Beautiful building and decor, it looks like a palace. Interiors are richly decorated with sculptures, Roman mozaic, antiques. Superbly located directly at Grand Canal. Terrace at ground floor facing the grand Canal.

“Simply stunning with amazing staff”
Stunning location with easy access to waterway transport literally next door, beautiful property and very friendly and attention staff, would stay here again without a doubt. Passed the grand canal and didn't see any other hotel with a terrace as stunning or as big as here, perfect to relax with drinks at the end of the day watching the boats pass by.

Such a beautiful location, the terrace on the canal is a highlight for breakfast or a drink. Staff are fantastic, and the hotel itself is so in keeping with Venice and tastefully designed. Our third visit, hope to come again!
