“Do NOT go there (it should remain a secret gem)”
Loved the location close to the train station and Piazzale Roma. It is a virtual hotel, but still very good communications via chat. Excellent value for the price. Nice and newly refurbished room. Loved the quiet neighbourhood ... and only a few minutes to dive into the buzzing crowds of Venice.

“Bad Experience”
Worst stay ever. Freezing cold room without any heating. Very little hot water in the shower. Smelling blanket. Couldn’t sleep.

“Worst hospitality I have experienced in my life”
This is the worst place I have experienced in my life so far in terms of hospitality. We are family of 4 who travelled to Italy recently and booked this place as per booking.com suggestion and availability. Upon checking-in, we found the room wasn’t per spec on my booking, so raised it with hotel staff, who suddenly got rude with us. They crossed all limits of bad hospitality when they falsely accused us of accommodating more people than intended, threatening to report us to authorities, demanding more money etc. on the day of checkout. I have raised this with booking.com and they still haven’t resolved my complaint as I have demanded for a compensation for the stress this hotel staff caused me and my family.

“Mold in the bed room”
MOLD!! The stay was disappointing mainly due to serious cleanliness issues. There was visible mold on the wall in the room, which should never be overlooked during regular cleaning. Additionally, the trash bin was not emptied during our stay, even though cleaning is included in the price. This is simply unacceptable and shows a lack of proper housekeeping standards. Overall, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, and the handling of the situation afterward was not professional or customer-oriented. Would not recommend based on this experience.
