The wellness suite is a few streets away in an apartment block the room isn’t adequately named as part of the hotel we arrived at 2am and couldn’t get in so after going back to the hotel the night manager gave us a shockingly poor disabled room

A beautiful palazzo on the canal, full of character but also a quiet location. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast area was lovely with canal views and the breakfast was excellent with plentiful choices. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The apartment was located very close to the center of Venice , it was spacious and also the owner of the apartment and his employee Valentina were great ! They arranged for transports via water taxi and a van. Would definitely stay there again .

“Gorgeous hotel, perfect location, great service, wouldn’t hesitate to come back”
The hotel was stunning inside and beautiful outside, a 500 year old palace right on the canal. The location was perfect for us, short walk to all the sites but peaceful and felt like a little neighbourhood. Our suite was huge with high ceilings, a beautiful view of the canal and the bed was really comfortable. The lounge area outside our room had murano glass artwork and beautiful styled furniture, it even had a large ornate chessboard. It really had the wow factor. The breakfast was varied and fresh, the staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. Overall it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
