I really liked the hotel and overall had a good experience. However, I had a very unpleasant interaction with a staff member named Beatriz. When we arrived at the hotel, we asked if we could leave our luggage and wait inside until check-in. Another receptionist kindly told us that it was not a problem and that we could sit in the indoor area. Later, while we were seated, a woman approached us and asked if we were part of a group that was going to have a meeting there. We said no and continued sitting. A few moments later, she went to the reception desk, and Beatriz came over to us. I had no problem moving to another area if necessary, but the way Beatriz handled the situation was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of speaking to us privately, she asked us to leave the area in front of other guests. We were not aware that a meeting was going to take place there, and her approach left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. Afterwards, my husband said that he intended to leave a negative review, and Beatriz became upset and started speaking loudly to him. This reaction was completely unnecessary and showed a lack of professionalism. The situation could have been handled much more respectfully. A simple and discreet explanation that the space was needed for a meeting would have been enough. Unfortunately, the way we were treated was disappointing and left me feeling very embarrassed. Aside from this incident, I enjoyed the hotel, but this experience with Beatriz negatively affected our stay.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is actually quite conveniently located — close to shops, restaurants, cafés and places where you can buy ready-made food. Everything you need is nearby. There was lovely Italian music playing from the restaurant downstairs, which created a really nice atmosphere in the evening. The room didn’t have a spa bath, but because of that the bathroom and water felt quite clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean, with no rubbish, and overall good value for the money. The beds, however, were very soft and not the most comfortable for me. There’s also a small fridge near the entrance, which was handy. Overall, I’d recommend it if you don’t have high expectations and just want a reasonably clean and comfortable stay for a good price.

Excellent place to stay! The hotel was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very convenient. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised to have daily housekeeping, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in the center of Cannaregio, on the main street that goes from Piazza di Roma to St. Markos square. . Very clean with a new modern bathroom. The staff was very polite and helpful. The self check in worked very well.
