Communication with the hotel before, during, and after our stay was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect. Since we booked the last available room, it was on the ground floor and a bit small, but we had seen the photos in advance, so it was as expected.

“A great short break, and a lovely hotel to use as a base for exploring what Venice has to offer.”
The location was perfect for access to the main sights in Venice and public transport. The staff was very helpful and pointed out local restaurants to try and offered a complimentary experience to Murano. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, and our room was quiet during the evenings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of different foods. The central location made it very easy to get around. Coffee and biscuits were available in the hotel courtyard during the afternoon at no charge, which made it great to come back to for a short rest during the day.

“Lovely holiday in Venice”
The room was very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, with a range of choices, and is served until 12noon. Coffee is available all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All areas are very clean. The hotel is conveniently located for restaurants, vaporettos, St Marks etc and shops

The rooms are spacious, decorated with simple tasteful character. High ceilings, elegant hardwood floowrs and no TV screen in the room are big pluses. The hotel is in a central but quite location close to all attractions and transport links.

“Pleasant enough stay but was not good value for the price”
Location is excellent - very close to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop and St Mark’s. Handy to call back for a rest during a busy day of sightseeing. Coffee and biscuits available in the dining area through the day. Comfortable bedroom with lovely fabrics.

Supreme location (only a 4 minute walk from Piazza S. Marco and the vaporetto station) very friendly and professional staff, amazing room for a 3 star hotel and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of cold cuts, cheese, fruits, juices, breads, cereals, eggs etc. This hotel exceeded all our expectations!
