It has good location - close to bus station, train station and vaporetto stops. It is located in more peaceful part of time. You can find good food with good prices nearby.

“Very good value for money in a small, cosy and quiet hotel in excellent location, with nice staff.”
Room was clean and quiet. Nice cotton sheets and towels. Bed very comfortable. Hotel is easy to find, and in my favourite district in Venice. Free evening meals were delicious. I had the best carbonara I ever had there, and now know how it is supposed to be cooked. And the hard working staff who served us at the restaurant were most charming, even when rushed off their feet.

It is really close to Venice Santa Lucia's Train Station and it's confortable to get there. We stayed for a brief time and it was alright for walking all around and getting back to sleep. It is near one of the main streets which is confortable.
