The location is great, if coming from the train station you may need help with a Porter to get your suitcase up and over the stairs. Breakfast was amazing, great coffee!

Excellent stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and very close to both water taxi stops, making it easy to get around Venice. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and had all the facilities i needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed was comfy, accommodation was clean and fresh. Water was provided in the fridge. The evening concierge was excellent and he helped us with all questions, went out of his way to make tea and coffee for us .. nothing was a problem for him.

“Barely passable, disappointing experience and given a dirty towel”
The staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended some places to visit around Venice. There was water and some small toiletries provided for us. They also informed us of the city tax to pay when checking out so it didn't come as a surprise to us.

“Great Location, wonderful staff I would definitely recommend”
Everything at the property was amazing. Great location . Fabulous Staff. I do have a few suggestions. Black out curtains or blinds the sun rises very early in the summer months and we couldn’t sleep past 5am. The breakfast was very good great food and staff very nice pretty room but no atmosphere a bit of background music ?

“Good location with a great view”
The location was great, room was very nice and comfortable. We could'nt be happier as to where it was situated. The room has a view of the main canal as well as a side canal. The windows opens up wide and great to wake up to that view of the water and buildings surrounding us. Its walking distance to most water boats as well as the train station.
