“Exceptional Stay in Heart of Venice with Fabulous Venetian Staff”

Wonderful little hotel in the heart of Venice. The guest reception and staff made the stay extra special. They showed how much they cared about their guests learning about Venice and teaching about the history. It’s really rare you find a place with so much effort and care these days.

Everything was great. Location was perfect and staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered during 5 weeks in Europe. The app they provided and explained was excellent. We had an early departure on our last day and they were kind enough to pack a breakfast box that we could take with us.

Such kind and attentive staff during the day, very welcoming and helpful particularly with providing information on things to do! Loved the free breakfast and the lovely lady who takes everyone's orders, felt very at home! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with some lovely free amenities!

My wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon traveling around Europe, passing through Italy and finishing our trip in Venice at Hotel Firenze and it was definitely one of the best choices we made. The location is excellent, very close to St. Mark’s Square, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything very convenient. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very cozy and spotless everything was perfect. But what really stood out was the service. The entire team was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome at all times. We received some lovely gifts for our honeymoon, including delicious chocolates, and also got great recommendations on what to do in the city as soon as we arrived. The hotel also has an app with tips for places to visit and eat, which helped us a lot to get around and make the most of our time in Venice. We had an amazing stay, and we’re very grateful to the whole team for making it so special. We would definitely recommend it!

The staff were just incredible. Felt i was visiting with a family run business were everyone chipped in and helped out where ever they could. Location is incredible (for a first perhaps more touristic focussed initial visit). Immaculately clean. Good breakfast to kick off of the day. Roof terrace (if sunny) could well make you feel you live like a (rich) local :). Lots of surprises happy. One of the people made an app to help visit and we used it quite often finding eateries and not that well visited and just as interesting sites. Dont' understand the just 3* rating - its most definately 4* and 5* for staff.

The hotel is in a great location, two minutes from St. Mark's Square and the water transport. The staff were very kind and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome and suggested places to visit and good restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Every time we returned from a walk, there was a chocolate surprise on our pillow. When I next visit Venice, I know without a doubt where I will stay.

Very intimate and clean. Service was exceptional and very friendly with 24hr receptionist ready to help for every need.

Upon arrival, I really appreciated the attentiveness of the receptionist. She took time to discuss places worth visiting in the city and the hotel also has a very helpful website with local events and recommendations, which was a nice touch.

We had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Firenze. The hotel arranged a transfer for us, and the walk from the dock to the hotel was very short, which made arrival easy. The location is great, just a few minutes from San Marco Square. Venice is small anyway, so we walked everywhere. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and they gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was a served buffet, which I didn’t mind at all. We just told the staff what we wanted, and they brought everything straight to the table. We were able to check in earlier than expected and were also given a 45-minute late checkout, which I really appreciated. Nice touches included a complimentary prosecco on the rooftop and a small bottle of limoncello at checkout.

Excellent location. Minutes away from St Marco Square and the vaporetto. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception gave an overview on what to do and see around Venice. Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. We were given a small bottle limoncello when we checked out.

The staff was friendly and a wealth of knowledge on where to go and what to do in Venice. They made excellent recommendations of tours and restaurants. The hotel paid attention to detail in the rooms with chocolates, drinks and snacks for both us and our kids. While the hotel is old, the bathrooms are modern. The rooftop had excellent views. WThe excellent location, and good breakfasts added to the overall experience.
