Perfect location near Gritti Palace and Guggenheim, obove Canale grande. Absolute perfect modern Suite with private terrace. Far from the tourist crowds below.

Easy to get to. Good location. Not too central, which is a good thing. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfasts were plentiful (we included breakfast in the stay).

The staff are very helpful and courteous. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and dry and modern and the bathroom had a good shower and bath. The area is quiet but really close to everywhere you want to go.

We liked the simplicity of the decor which was calm and tasteful. Our breakfast was delicious and we arrived very late and the Hotel welcomed us after midnight. We would stay here agin for sure.

Brilliant location. Modern, airy rooms with high ceilings in an old property. The bed was really comfortable.
