Hotel close to tourist attractions, quiet, well soundproofed, very friendly staff, they solved the problem with the faulty refrigerator promptly, good breakfast, possibility of transportation to the airport

Awesome location for the very ok price. Not the newest building/interiour but all in all in a very good condition. Breakfast serves everything you want and need. Personal is friendly and helpful. Tap water in the smells a little like chlor but taste is good.

“A lifetime vacation”
We have just returned from our trip to Venice! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel,situated close to most important attractions ! A bottle of prosecco was waiting for us at the room cause of our honeymoon! The staff was very warm and polite,from the reception to the lovely ladies at the breakfast! Breakfast was very tasty with a great variety. We are going to miss a lot this place and we look forward to visit it again! Grazie del cuore!

Historical building, located exactly between Realto bridge and San Marco square. 7 minutes to reach each of them. Same distance to any water taxi. Amazing room, pure Venetian style. Spacious and clean. Mine had canal view. Good breakfast, you can select what u exactly like. Kind and helpful staff on the reception.

“Well located hotel, with friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy room, would recommend!”
Loved the room 303, nice size, clean and tidy, the beams in the ceiling were great. Liked the nice touch of the mini bar and the free bottles of water and the toiletries in the bathroom. Towels and pillow cases were changed daily.

It was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, location is great because its close to the vaporato station, the breakfast was nice although not much variety in meals, the hotel was mostly wheelchair accessible
