Location is very good , it’s on the waterfront with the train station less than 5 mins by walk. The reception staff were very hospitable and offered a lot of help to first time travellers. They can also arrange private boat tours and a complimentary visit to a glass factory if you need it. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Very comprehensive breakfast buffet which has something for everyone.

“Charming place in an excellent prime location”
Great location, was very expensive during high season (Carnival) but the place rescued me from another bad booking. It was an emergency booking to give me a safe shelter for the night .

We like the closeness to the railway station, the hotel style (furniture and interior), kettle in the room, very friendly stuff, very good soundproof windows (we did not hear anything in the night). The breakfast was very good. Thanks to the lady who served coffee.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Location is incredibly convenient. Just across the Canal is the train station and a short walk on the same side to the bus station. Really good breakfast.

“Great location, staff & hotel.”
Excellent location with the station (Santa Lucia) just a 5 minutes walk away although via a steep stone footbridge. Reception staff were top notch, informative and very helpful including informing us of an included trip to the local glass factory on Murano. We stayed in a stylish room and the continental breakfast had a great selection, again great staff.
