“A Hint of luxury”

We've stayed in Venice many times and this hotel is one we really like. Good location for our needs, very comfortable room, very nice breakfast, clean and a hint of luxury about it.

It is very close to the train station.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast was ok but staff was mostly unpolite.

Great location, clean, welcoming staff, good facilities, 24h checkin, luggage storage, delicious breakfast (you can sit in the beautiful garden) and quiet all in all.

The hotel’s location is ideal for short stays, thanks to its proximity to the bus station and just a few minutes’ walk from the vaporetto stops. Furthermore, the main attractions, such as il Ponte di Rialto, are within walking distance. There are also lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and especially in the evening, it’s pleasant to have a good pizza or last drink right next to the hotel. The room was very bright, clean and quit with a nice garden view. Breakfast includes both sweet and savory options; I particularly enjoyed the wholemeal croissants with honey. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Close to the railway. No stairs to climb while dragging suitcases. Great breakfast Free luggage hold. Gorgeous decor Lovely bath in room Hot water in turn downstairs for use.

I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent – a great variety and very tasty, definitely a highlight of the experience. The rooms were okay, but unfortunately, room 306 was much too hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes, which was a downside. Hygiene was acceptable, but not outstanding – there is definitely some room for improvement. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

Noisy surroundings, renovation needed

Everything was great, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, housekeeping was good, the room fully met expectations, and the hotel location was excellent.

The people on reception was very arrogant. The breakfast was bad. The hotel is old and personal is old. Never go there again.

The location was good and technically they do have a lift. The reception area looks nice.

Spacious room and comfy bed. Breakfast was a nice simple selection, but plenty of it.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. The young guy who checked us in at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.
