Right in the center of Venice in a quiet court yard. Beautiful building. Because our room was delayed we sat in the small bar/lounge area with a free bottle of champagne.

It was the only hotel with all the specifications we wanted cause we have a little baby, that is elevator, bath and not a shower and a kettle for hot water (wasn't in the room when arrived and asked for it). Very big beds and really comfortable. Very good breakfast, totally worth it. Big variety. Very close to st mark square and passing from a nice street with many gondolas every day. Quiet, it is like private. 24hour reception desk. Also 5% discount if you pay cash.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. Very good atmosphere in the hotel. Everything is very close. Although it is in the very center I was surprised that it was quiet in the room indeed. Nice pastries for breakfast beside all the usual staff.

Beautiful hotel in a hidden square (wasn’t easy to find even after 4 nights) close to Rialto. Very quiet, immaculate, all staff were friendly and helpful, great breakfast with different buffet options every morning, all delicious. Our room was cleaned daily although we wouldn’t expect it and didn’t ask. Just excellent!
