The hotel is ideally located just a 5–7 minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, yet tucked away on a quiet street, far from the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas. The property is a beautiful historic palazzo, elegantly decorated with antique furniture and classic Venetian charm. If you would like to experience staying in a former Venetian palace and enjoy a touch of old-world luxury, this hotel offers excellent value for what it provides. It is certainly not inexpensive, but in our opinion, it is worth every euro. The breakfast is very good, and the hotel’s cozy bar, open in the afternoon and evening, is a real highlight. The bartender is excellent, the selection of wines and cocktails is impressive, and the terrace provides a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Venice. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Venetian experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely loved our stay! ✨ The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed, the staff were incredibly kind and always smiling, and the whole place had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Breakfast was a dream – so many delicious sweet and savory options, all top quality! We adored the terrace and couldn’t get enough of the amazing coffee. Can’t wait to come back! ☕💛

Excellent location, private boat dock suitable for watter taxi directly from/to airport, authentic Venetian medevial villa flair, elevator, multilingual staff, very friendly, room equipped as in premium four stars hotels, breakfast is OK but coffee is excellent.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming . Beautiful reception and breakfast room. Very good breakfast and coffee. The Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room very clean and comfortable bed. The location is great, all sights are within a 5-6 minute walk. The rooms are large and very nicely furnished, it is a real pleasure to stay in the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, there is something for everyone's taste, very friendly staff is always at your disposal. I will always come back to this hotel. For those arriving by plane, it is very easy to get to the bus station and from there you take the boat (line number 2) and arrive at the "Rialto" station next to the famous bridge of the same name, from there you walk 5 minutes and arrive at the Hotel.
