Hotel A La Commedia is just 200 metres from Rialto Bridge and the water-bus stop, and a 10-minute stroll from St. Mark's Square. Its terrace offers romantic views of Venice. All the staff made this a fantastic hotel. The rooftop bar was also fabulous, the location was amazing and really covenient for water taxi and getting to rialto and san marco

“Great central boutique style hotel, but hidden from crowds!”
Location was superb, even through the labyrinth of streets the big sights appeared to be 5 to 10 minute walk away. The hotel overall was very comfortable, clean and gave a respite from the crowds. A bonus was the rooftop bar.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with detailed information. Most importantly, the location is truly excellent. It’s very easy to reach both from the train station and from the airport by water bus. It’s right next to the Rialto stop :) I highly recommend it to everyone

“Amazing Hotel, very nice staff and ideal location”
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Each day we had a new member of staff at the front desk and each one was extremely welcoming and courteous. The location of the hotel is perfectly central. Rialto bridge is literally only a minutes walk away and Piazza San Marco is only a 5 minute walk.
