“Perfect stay in Venice”

The location was fantastic, easy to get to the train station, and good access to the Vaporetto. It was spacious and even had 2 bathrooms! The little treats left by Francesca were just lovely, she is really next level in her approach to her guests, her communication was excellent. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Francesca's place is the perfect spot for people who want to feel at home during their stay. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, Francesca was such a gracious and warm host, who offered her insights into the city and how to enjoy it, and provided snacks and drinks and wonderful coffee to make the stay even better! The location is also fantastic, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to many places!

We liked everything about the apartment. The apartment is new, clean, spacious, and modernly decorated. The linens and towels are spotlessly clean. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking. In addition, the hostess left us a welcome biscuit, champagne, and other delicious treats. The children were delighted with the chupa chups. The hostess was always available and answered all our questions. She also provided us with helpful tips on how to navigate Venice, which restaurants to visit, and more.

Communication with Francesca was very good. The instructions for check-in were completely understandable and easy to follow. Finding the accommodation, check-in and check-out were all smooth. The "secret" tips about the city were particularly good. The facilities, cleanliness, and comfort of the accommodation were very good and exceeded all my expectations. The only problem was that I don't live there :-)

I like small surprises (biscuits, prosecco) left for us on arrival . I like the cleanliness everywhere. I liked the location. I liked good tips from hoast . I liked that I could leave my suitcase in the warehouse after signing out ( my flight was late) . 100% recommend !!!

The apartment is extremely cozy, comfortable and very clean. Everything you might need is provided - slippers, iron, cosmetics, etc. Refreshments (water, snacks, coffee, etc.) left for guests - it's very nice and makes the stay even better. The owner is super helpful, she recommended great baccaro and good restaurants - communication all the time via WhatsApp. We felt wonderful - it's a fantastic place in Venice for a few days - good restaurants, different coffee places nearby, behind the house is quick crossing of the canal. I'm not surprised by the high ratings of other guests - 10/10 is not enough :-) Simply the best choice in Venice. Dear Francesca grazie mille!

Even after reading the amazing reviews, this property still managed to exceed our expectations. Fabulous host, everything you could ask for (and more), great location, and spacious apartment.

This accommodation is the highlight of my Europe trip. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Kitchen is full stocked with drinks, biscuits, lollies, cereal, cacao powder, tea, coffee. My son loved the basket of chocolate. And I really loved the lemon biscuits. It has washing machine and washing liquid is provided. The beds smell divine (just like how I would do at home, hotel beds during our trip were not comparable to this), and the sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable (we stayed in a few with sofa bed and they were so uncomfy) Francesca is a kind owner, checking in with us to make sure everything was ok, gave us a few recommendations for activities and restaurants. And even offered late checkout for us because the cleaner would come a little late that day. It was helpful because our train scheduled at 1.30pm and we didn’t have to sit around the train station for 3 hours with a little kid. We really appreciate that.

The property is amazing. It was so clean, spacious and everything was catered for. A mini-bar and snacks were provided along with an excellent coffee machine. The bathroom facilities were ideal and the property had a lovely homely feel to it. It is also very conveniently located for the main Venice attractions. The Rialto bridge is only a 10 minute walk away, and we had an abundance or excellent local bars, cafes and restaurants. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the bus station for a return to the airport whilst the San Toma vaporetto stop is only 2 minutes away.

Perfect location, quiet area yet close to shops and attractions. The property was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with lovely personal touches. Two bathrooms is a bonus when travelling with family. Francesca is an amazing host, very well organized and super helpful. Highly recommended!

It was just beautiful and the staff were friendly. Every inch of the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Clean towels too. Toilet clean. It was a perfect room.
