Overview
Set on the peaceful banks of Giudecca Island, the Hilton Molino Stucky is a former flour mill refurbished to become a unique hotel. This Venetian masterpiece features a rooftop swimming pool and a large spa. With contemporary décor and elegant furnishings, the air-conditioned rooms and suites include a flat-screen TV, a marble bathroom, and a coffee maker. Some have views of the town and the canal. Our Molino rooms & suites feature a modern, timeless design that meets the past of the building and the elegant suites pay homage to the city of Venice. Buffet breakfast is served daily at Il Molino Restaurant. The hotel also features stylish restaurants and a rooftop bar, offering enchanting views of Venice. Guests can relax with a drink and enjoy traditional Venetian or Italian and international cuisine. The spa includes a a jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a relaxation area, and treatments and massages are available. A fitness center is also available. Hilton Molino Stucky Venice provides a water shuttle service, which takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes.

“One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.”
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We booked expecting views of Venice, but instead our room overlooked a fire escape. To make matters worse, my partner was naked in the room when we noticed someone standing on the stairs literally a foot away from our window, looking directly in. The lack of privacy was completely unacceptable. The rooftop bar was also disappointing. It’s located at the back of the hotel, so the views of Venice are very limited and nowhere near what you’d expect from the hotel’s marketing. We complained to the manager twice, but they couldn’t have cared less. There was no attempt to resolve the issues or show any concern for our experience. Overall, the standards at this Hilton are very poor. If you’re looking for a hotel with genuine Venice views and decent customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

“A large luxury hotel I didn’t expect in Venice”
This hotel was a wow factor, from walking in to the size of the room it was certainly worth staying in such a grand hotel. Venice is small and vintage so with this hotel you still kept the luxury of a hotel in Venice. The hotel boat was a great addition and needed from the hotel making getting around from the other side of the city perfect and no hassle. Rooftop was lovely however more chairs definitely needed.

“Comfortable stay”
Rooms are quite large, bathrooms as well. Beds are comfortable, cleanliness is spot on. It is reachable on its own pier by Alilaguna (every 20-30 mins from the bottom of the glass bridge at the Railway station - so it is comfy to bring your luggage on), otherwise use the usual 2, 4.2 vaporetto stop 700 m and two bridges away, at Palanca. There are plenty of restaurants on the banks, so you cand spend your evenings on the Giudecca with no fear of missing anything out.
