“Venice perfection”

It was a fantastic location, perfect for the 5 of us and specious And the Sauna was amazing!!!!

This property was perfect for a family stay, it’s spacious, clean, comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect. Mr Sandy was really helpful, we stayed for my daughters 18th and I spoke to the staff before arrival hoping to get some balloons or something to mark the special occasion, they went completely out there way getting me the best price and I was completely overwhelmed at the effort they went to and made my daughters birthday one she will never forget, I can’t thank them enough :)

“Comfortable apartment in a great location”

Good size rooms, dishwasher and washer dryer were useful. Modern facilities. Great location. Hosts were very responsive. They kindly allowed us to check in early which was appreciated as we had a very early morning flight. They also helped us book a private water taxi back to the airport.

A group of 5 friends for a birthday weekend, the apartment is fully renovated, very clean and fully equipped, including kitchen, good location, easy to walk around, not on the main busy street. The hammam is a very good bonus, to relax after visiting the whole day.

“Nice location, facilities and Sauna was the Best.”

Hammam Sauna was really good. The kids enjoyed it a lot. Location is very close to 2 Vaporetto stops S. Samuel and S. Angelo. Very close to Academia also. Walkable to San Marco square and even Realto Bridge. Grocery shops were nearby and many eateries as well. Vaporetto number 2 isn't available after 5 PM or so but can always take Route number 1 from S. Angelo. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom with toilet. We didn't have a problem with any appliances. Used kitchen for cooking dinner everyday. All 3 bedrooms were nicely separated so that you get privacy completely. We had the option to store luggage in the room downstairs on the last day, but didn't use it and had to pay 20 EUR for storage near the railway station. Better to use this option for late travel back timings. Host Mr.Sandy was easily reachable on WhatsApp and reached the apartment before us to handover the keys. He explained all the things we required and was available throughout our stay immediately. Overall we had a great stay here and loved the location and amenities.

Really lovely apartment and a super friendly, easy-going host. Everything was uncomplicated - I can only recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment with an ensuite to the primary bedroom. 2nd & 3rd bedroom were a good size & shared separate toilet/sink & separate shower. There was also a steam room. Lounge / kitchenette & dining room were a good space. There is a separate washer & dryer. It is a 2nd floor apartment accessible via stairs & quite secure.

Rooms were okay, however the bedding was subpar, and hangers and hooks were missing, among other things. In the evening, mosquitoes were present in the rooms, as there were no screens on the windows. Other than that, the location was fine.

“Exceptional apartment for a family”

Great & quiet location, relatively short walk to restaurants and cafes. The apartment suited our family needs and beds were comfortable. Mr Sandy met us on location to hand over the keys and gave us a nice quick tour of the apartment. We would definitely look to book this accommodation again if we ever return to Venice again in the near future.

“Loved our stay”

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet. Fitted out to a high quality with everything we needed. Steam room was amazing after a long day exploring. Location is fab, peaceful with great little shops and restaurants near. The hosts gave us great instruction to travel from the airport but we made the mistake of not following them. Don't rely on google maps if getting there late at night :) A private taxi to the closest stop would have been nicer in hindsight - we took one back to the airport for an early flight at £140 for 4 of us - loved it!

The location is great, right in the historical city center. The furniture is of good quality.

It is a wonderful apartment, very clean and conveniently located. It is only 2 minutes from San Samuel bus stop, there is a supermarket 8 minutes away. It is only a 10-minute walk from the city center. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and Mr. Sandy, who welcomed us, is a very willing person. I will definitely stay in that house again.

The sauna and spa was amazing! It was fantastic after a long day. A fantastic experience and worthy of booking just for the spa experience itself. As a family of 3 adults and 2 young children, we loved the convenience of the apartment. The apartment was located walking distance to vaporetto station. Plenty of restaurant and cafes nearby to dine. 10 min easy walk to all major attractions. We loved also that it came with a washing machine and dryer.
