The staff, location and service were exceptional- especially Jacob.

The room was clean and lovely, but honestly, what made this stay special was the people. Islam on the front desk was just brilliant … the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely looked after, not just checked in. This isn’t a Marriott or an Accor or a Hilton, but I can honestly say the service here put many of those places to shame. I’ve stayed at plenty of those high-end hotels across Europe, and rarely have I come across someone so patient, warm, and on top of their job as Islam. Nothing felt like an effort for him. The whole team was great, but he really was the heart of it. We left feeling truly well taken care of, and that’s entirely down to him and his colleagues.

We opted for a canalside view room - which we got. The bedroom was very comfortable and for Venice, the size was pretty good. The bathroom was exceptional with a walk in shower. The staff were amazingly helpful, especially the front of house staff - giving tips on how best to get to the airport by boat (which was a once in a lifetime experience - highly recommended - private boat across the lagoon arriving in style at the airport like a film star). A little extra than public Vaporetto but well worth the extra money for comfort and convenience. Front of house also gave some good tips for visiting in Venice - ie what not and what to do etc Breakfast was varied and lots of options for all tastes, inc optional cooked eggs etc. Again, the staff were tip top.

Superb room overlooking the canal and rialto bridge. Great facilities and service. Rooms are quiet, clean and elegant. We loved it particularly arriving by water taxi to be met by the hotel team who took our luggage from the boat to the rooms. Great stay and we absolutely recommend the hotel

The great location! Modern design

Travelled around italy as part of a trip, and this was our favourite hotel, and it was such a shame we only stayed 1 night. The location was perfect, you couldn’t get a better central location. Upon check in we had the nicest receptionists who offered us water, orange juice or even a glass of Prosecco which was such a nice touch. We stayed on a Sunday night and got a room upgrade with a balcony which was lovely. We also had a drink on their rooftop bar which is x10 better than the restaurants outside the hotel.
